I was taking a timelapse while the Aurora seemed to be on the horizon. It stops suddenly because I realized that most of the "good stuff" was happening outside the field of view of the camera. I had no idea what was about to happen, let alone where! So I took the stills you see here after ending the timelapse. I think it was the right thing to do.
